Based in the dynamic maritime hub of Singapore, the company was incorporated in 2008 by Capt John Newington after 30 years at sea and in senior management positions for large International offshore and towage companies. The management and staff all have multiple years of experience in the sector and leverage on extensive networks formed over many years across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and West Africa.
